That’s why we work with local welding schools and emerging skilled tradespeople, helping connect the next generation of welders with hands-on, real-world experience. By supporting local trade education, we’re doing more than creating custom metal trellises. We’re helping young craftspeople strengthen their skills, gain valuable experience, and build a foundation for their future careers.
